Shipping Information
1) Product delivery only available to Malaysia. For oversea delivery, please email or contact us.
2) Payment must be made prior before product delivered out.
3) We shall endeavour to deliver your order within 1-3 days working days upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specify.
4) You should be able to receive your order within 3-7 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday) after shipment date.
5) Shipping delivery is based on type of product. Therefore, customer will receive different package if he/she ordered different type of product.

Occasionally, one of the products you have ordered may be out of stock. If this happens, we will always be emailed with three options for you
(1) Cancel your order (2) Change your order (3) Wait until the stock backs (time & date will be specified). If you decide to change your order,
please be aware that you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated above.

POSLAJU MALAYSIA and DHL are assigned as our default courier companies.
8) Return will only be accepted if the product is different from what is described or shown.
